Overdose

If you die from an overdose passed out in your car
People are going to be pissed
You'll never realize how much you would be missed
Your mother will find your body
Slack jawed and blue, slumped over the seat belt, eyes locked open
Much to her horror, she will see how you have been coping
Your father will not be able to keep his family together
His drinking will increase, he couldn't handle the pressure
Your brothers and sisters will have such a heavy void
Their memories of you fading like old Polaroids
Your friends will remember when you weren't so fucked up
Some of them will likely join your early death club
Your enemies will break into your empty home with no respect
These enemies are also your friends, but then again, what did you expect?
When you decide to play in the dark
Your life is no longer a priceless piece of art
The pills, alcohol, cocaine, heroin, crack
All will leave you tied to a railroad track
Eat you alive from the inside out
Drugs want you have that permanent blackout
This death by drugs is an irrational disease
You will be reduced to ashes, dumped in a sea breeze
Some people would beg for the life you did not want
Your organs will live, the only life from your death
If you do not care about your life enough to not overdose
Think about the ones who do not want to see you decompose
